If you use our contact form, we receive the name, email address, organisation (if supplied), enquiry category and message that you provide. We use this information to respond to your enquiry and manage any resulting correspondence.

The website does not intentionally store contact-form messages in a customer database. The form forwards the information to our company email system. Normal server and security logs may temporarily contain technical information such as an IP address and request time.

Why we use this information

We use contact information only where it is necessary to respond to a request, discuss a potential business relationship or deal with an enquiry about Curious Orbit or one of our products.
